• About Scalepex •Scalepex is a dynamic nearshore services firm that empowers global brands, such as Nike, Pepsi, Toyota, Virgin, and Walgreens, to scale efficiently and effectively. •We specialize in providing exceptional customer service, quality, and innovation by connecting world-class businesses with top-tier professionals across Latin America. •Our mission is to foster operational excellence while cultivating long-term, trust-based partnerships. •As a Product Manager at Scalepex, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of digital products that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. •You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineering, design, operations, and client stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery in a fully remote and agile environment. •Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities based on company strategy and client needs. •Gather and analyze data to identify customer problems and opportunities for product improvement. •Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. •Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. •Manage product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration. •Prioritize backlog items using data-driven decision-making and stakeholder input. •Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, updates, and risks. •Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital or software-driven environment. •Proven success managing and launching digital products, ideally in B2B or service-based settings. •Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics, KPIs, and dashboards. •Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. •Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Productboard. •Advanced English proficiency is required (written and verbal). •Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field. •Experience with user research or UX design processes. •Background working with nearshore or remote global teams. •Familiarity with customer success or call center operations is a plus. •Certifications such as CSPO, PMP, or Pragmatic Institute preferred.
