Your insights will directly influence product design and strategy, ensuring that our solutions are user-centric and effective. •Key Responsibilities •Research Planning & Execution: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies. •Data Analysis: Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. •Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development. •Reporting: Present research findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and presentations. •Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance research practices.
🎯 Requirements
•Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX research. •Technical Skills: •Proficiency in various research methods and tools. •Experience with remote research tools and platforms. •Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. •Soft Skills: •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Excellent communication skills in English. •Ability to work independently in a remote setting. •Preferred Qualifications •Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. •Familiarity with UX design principles and tools. •Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
