📋 Description

• Support daily operational activities and ensure adherence to established procedures. • Maintain and prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics. • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot operational issues and improve workflows. • Assist in creating and maintaining training materials and process documentation. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of solutions. • Coordinate communication between departments to align efforts and drive efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field — or equivalent experience. • 2–4 years of experience in operations, process support, or data/analytical role. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning operational/ERP/CRM software. • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. • Professional remote work environment and reliable internet. • Availability to work full-time within U.S. time zones (PST, CST, or EST). • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset. • Comfortable using task management and communication tools. • Introductory video submission required as part of the hiring process. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience in service delivery, logistics, franchise operations or field services. • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
