📋 Description

• Lead all core accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and IFRS/GAAP-compliant financial reporting • Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A, and continuous disclosure filings • Own the external audit process from start to finish • Build and maintain strong internal controls • Manage multi-entity accounting and intracompany eliminations • Lead, coach, and grow the accounting team • Use data analytics and financial modelling to surface insights • Identify opportunities to improve and scale financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• CPA designation • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management role • Deep knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP • A track record of managing month-end close, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls in a fast-moving environment • Comfort with multi-entity structures and intracompany accounting • Strong attention to detail and a controls-oriented mindset • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Curiosity around AI and financial automation with a strong technical literacy.
