📋 Description

• Deliver reporting and insights that empower teams and senior leadership to make data-informed decisions • Design and manage analytics solutions across product, growth, and acquisition • Transform complex data into clear recommendations and scalable dashboards • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences • Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into actionable analyses and recommendations • Partner across product, go-to-market, operations, and leadership to deliver strategic analytics initiatives and operational reporting • Enable self-serve analytics by developing tools, documentation, and training for non-analytical users • Maintain scalable processes and ensure consistency in reporting practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a data analyst or BI role, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech • Strong SQL skills • Expertise with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) • Proven ability to design clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, engaging technical and business audiences • Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, medallion architecture) • Collaborative mindset and ability to build trust with stakeholders • Bonus: Hands-on experience with modern data stack (Git-based workflows, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, dbt/sqlmesh, orchestration tools)
