📋 Description

• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media pages for Beyond Heaven Outdoors and Weight No More Clinic. • Set up and maintain social media accounts. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) • Support SEO and website optimization by identifying high-performing keywords, and recommending content or geo-targeted campaigns. • Manage list-building activities: collect, organize, and segment potential leads and inquiries for follow-up. • Setup and run campaigns (email, SMS, social media, blogs, light ads). • Coordinate with Barry and Stacy to create and execute content strategies using updated photos and promotional posts to enhance brand credibility. • Support investor outreach: list building, outbound sequences, and presentation deck distribution. • Draft and send professional emails and client communications. • Light scheduling, inbox triage, and calendar support. • Organize NDAs and other legal/contractual documents. • Maintain shared drives for marketing and business assets. • Shift seamlessly between Beyond Heaven Outdoors (construction/investment), Stacy’s weight-loss clinic, and Capitalistic fund. • Provide clear reporting to Barry and Stacy, keeping them updated without requiring them to “train” extensively.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in digital marketing, social media management or admin roles. • Experienced in SEO and geo-targeted campaigns. • Comfortable setting up tools and workflows for non-tech-savvy clients. • Creative and detail-oriented, able to design engaging social media content and adapt strategies to different audiences. • Proactive and resourceful, able to guide Barry and Stacy in structuring processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required. • Professional, concise writing skills for email, outreach, and social media content. • Email marketing tools (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or equivalent). • Website editing (WordPress or basic HTML/CMS familiarity). • Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
