• Develop and lead lifecycle marketing strategies focused on onboarding, retention, and maximizing LTV. • Create, test, and optimize upsell and cross-sell programs across multiple brands. • Partner with the Director of CRM to build long-term retention strategies and identify growth opportunities within the active customer base. • Collaborate with analytics, product, and creative teams to uncover insights, identify customer pain points, and design data-driven programs. • Lead the creation and optimization of automated workflows across channels (email, SMS, push, and in-app). • Own lifecycle reporting, tracking key retention metrics, churn drivers, and program ROI, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. • Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners on lifecycle and retention initiatives. • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure best-in-class execution.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2C subscription or e-commerce business. • Proven track record in retention, churn reduction, and LTV growth. • Strong experience with upsell, cross-sell, and onboarding programs. • Experience with an enterprise-level ESP/CRM platform (Iterable, Klaviyo, Sailthru, or similar). • Strong understanding of automated workflows, segmentation, and dynamic content personalization. • Solid knowledge of lifecycle and retention metrics, with experience translating data into strategy. • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus. • Strong project management skills (experience with JIRA a plus).
