• Lead the development and execution of SchoolAI’s organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Pinterest. • Create engaging, on-brand content that educates, inspires, and celebrates teachers, coaches, and district leaders. • Identify and activate trends, partnerships, and storytelling opportunities that grow awareness and community connection. • Manage freelance creators and collaborate on high-quality visual and video content. • Collaborate with the paid growth team to align campaigns and messaging while maintaining clear ownership of organic social. • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice—optimistic, approachable, and empowering—across all channels. • Own data and analytics, creating monthly dashboards, campaign reports, and audience insights that inform brand and content strategy. • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to amplify initiatives and stories across audiences.
• 4–5 years of experience in social media management, ideally within the education or EdTech space. • Proven ability to grow audiences, drive engagement, and manage content end-to-end—from concept to reporting. • Strong creative instincts and a passion for storytelling through video, copy, and visual design. • Experience managing freelance content creators or agencies. • Comfortable using analytics to measure performance and inform decisions. • Familiarity with social and content tools like Canva, Figma, and native platform insights. • Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where creativity meets impact.
