• Manage the initial client intake process for civil claims • Review potential cases and interact with potential clients • Determine case acceptance and vet cases for representation • Conduct intake calls and evaluate cases • Document and analyze case details and conduct preliminary legal research • Leverage the Firm’s referral network for appropriate claims • Explain legal options in an easy-to-understand manner • Maintain detailed records in the firm’s case management system, Litify • Collaborate with New Client Specialists and Case Managers • Follow up on referred cases to ensure client service • Contribute to ongoing improvements in the intake process • Attend required daily morning and monthly Firm meetings
• Licensed attorney in good standing with the SC bar association • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • Natural communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping people • Strong customer service or sales experience, particularly in a professional setting • Detail-oriented and comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office and case management software like Litify or Salesforce
