🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of commercial experience as a software developer • At least 1+ year of experience leading other developers and acting as a Technical Lead • Strong proficiency in C++ and Qt • Experience working on large-scale software development projects • Proven experience developing modular architectures and plugin-based desktop applications • Solid hands-on experience with 3D graphics/geometry, including meshes, rendering, and transformations • Background in CAD-like, medical imaging, or scan-processing applications • Experience designing clean API/data models, module boundaries, lifecycle definitions, and integration patterns • Strong architecture skills to guide overall system design • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, including requirement clarification and coordination with teams and stakeholders (e.g., SkyRocks/KLOwen) • Practical, MVP-driven mindset with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early • Ability to work effectively in fully remote, asynchronous teams • English C1 business proficiency (spoken and written) • Reliable home workstation and stable internet connection • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
