📋 Description

• Sales-Out Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales-out data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives. Forecasting: Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer demand. Provide recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and support inventory planning. Win/Loss Analysis: Conduct detailed win/loss analyses to understand customer buying behavior, competitive positioning, and factors influencing sales outcomes. Present findings to the sales team to refine strategies and improve win rates. POS Data Mining: Extract, clean, and analyze point-of-sale (POS) data to identify patterns, product performance, and regional trends. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and drive actionable insights. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations. Communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations. Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging data to drive sales success and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and innovative environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. Familiarity with sales operations, forecasting, and data analysis concepts. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

The benefits for this position are based on a 24 to 40-hour-per-week schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location and tenure with the Company.
