📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a small design team, providing feedback and supporting skill development. • Oversee end-to-end design projects, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences. • Create and maintain scalable design systems and documentation in Figma. • Conduct and support user testing, research, and focus group sessions. • Track project timelines, design velocity, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. • Contribute to discovery sessions and help shape product direction through data-driven design insights. • Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design, ideally in a SaaS or digital product environment. • Proven ability to lead or mentor other designers (team size 2–3 preferred). • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work — from research to polished prototypes. • Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and wireframing (Claude experience a plus). • Experience with user research and usability testing. • Comfort with analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Microsoft Clarity for data-driven insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate across product and engineering teams.
