📋 Description

• Lead subprojects in the operational restructuring of medium-sized companies • Advise clients on strategic and operational challenges • Analyze business processes and identify optimization potential • Develop and implement tailored solutions and strategies • Collaborate with clients, internal teams and service providers to successfully complete projects • Prepare reports and presentations for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or Engineering • 2–5 years of experience in project work/consulting and in operational restructuring in the financial area (profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flows, business plans, etc.) • Strategic vision, technical expertise, analytical acumen, adaptability and a strong sense of responsibility • Empathy and a strong client orientation with a solution-focused mindset • Willingness to take on leadership and responsibility • Confident demeanor, even in critical situations • High willingness to travel (up to 4 days per week, Mon–Thu) • Strong communication skills in German and English and the ability to conduct negotiations and lead alignment meetings
