📋 Description

• Own the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations • Conduct discovery, propose solutions, configure systems, deliver technical and non-technical training • Act as the technical point of contact across the Sales → Implementation → CS handoff • Produce clear, detailed technical proposals, system design docs, integration blueprints, and handoff documentation • Perform system validation, verification, and QA before go-live • Monitor system performance, identify technical issues or optimization opportunities, and lead remediation or iteration efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical or solutions consulting role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Specialist, Technical Implementation) • Strong hands-on experience with system configurations, APIs, data mapping, integration flows, and backend logic • Adept at discovery and translating business requirements into technical design • Comfortable presenting and explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in creating proposals, technical documentation, training materials, and design blueprints • Capability to balance multiple clients/projects, prioritize technical tasks, and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and evolving environments • Passionate about customer success, and committed to delivering solutions that scale
