📋 Description

• Management of the Field Service team within your region. • Service Call effectiveness and productivity (first time fix, jobs per day). • Planned Maintenance effectiveness and productivity (proactive PMV management). • Field Service Engineer productivity, location, time management and stock management. • Identify team skill levels and training requirements in relation to individual training/cross skills and also to changes in product base/new product implementation. • Field Health and Safety training and audits. • Ensure revenue stream maximisation – chargeable maintenance and engineer sales leads. • Regular key customer contact. • Attend customer sites where required to lead, assure the customer, and ensure a satisfactory resolution. • Review team activity reports and financial reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans if necessary. • Evaluate performance of team for meeting and driving goals and objectives. • Provide feedback to individuals in recognition of positive performance, and in addressing any areas of concern. • Work within the STL GB matrix organisation (Sales / Operations) and in partnership with the functions (such as Finance, HR, EH&S) across the region. • OOH Escalation as required. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within the Security industry. • Ideally, having previous experience leading a field-based team. • Good technical knowledge. • Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel. • Thorough business understanding. • Align to the overall strategic vision. • Leadership and competency development skills. • Knowledge and understanding of the customer needs in the region. • Knowledge of appropriate national standards and regulations. • Commercial Acumen.
