⢠Manage a selected group of clients ⢠Lead a team of approximately 50 security personnel ⢠Organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and employees ⢠Support and further develop existing clients ⢠Monitor the market and acquire new clients ⢠Advise clients on all security and service matters ⢠Continuously optimize the service offering as well as internal operational processes ⢠Disciplinary leadership and supervision of team members including duty scheduling and performance monitoring
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed business-related education (Matura or degree) ⢠At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role ⢠Experience in staff leadership and client management, ideally with sales responsibilities ⢠Commercial/business acumen ⢠Excellent German and English skills ⢠Valid driver's license (category B) ⢠Professional appearance combined with strong communication skills ⢠Good PC user skills and an interest in technology
