• Support and promote Sedgwick’s mission, strategic vision, and value proposition to adjusters and policyholders • Serve as a key point of contact for policyholders during relocation • Qualify housing needs, including lifestyle, household makeup, accessibility, pets, and preferred amenities • Conduct market research to locate like-kind-and-quality housing options • Collaborate with housing vendors, landlords, and leasing agents to secure short-term rentals • Negotiate lease terms, maximize policy benefits, and remain within Additional Living Expense guidelines • Customize housing options based on policy coverage, budget, availability, quality, and insured expectations • Provide high-touch service throughout the policyholder’s stay • Resolve issues and support lease extensions, furniture adjustments, and service needs • Draft and review lease agreements and related documents • Enter and maintain accurate data in housing databases, CRM tools, and internal platforms • Stay informed about rental trends, landlord regulations, and insurance housing best practices • Handle multiple claims and assignments with professionalism and urgency • Serve as the point of contact for VIP clientele • Perform other duties as assigned and support quality programs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred • Two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management • Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred • Strong communication, research, negotiation, and multitasking skills • Clear and conceptual thinking ability • Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion • Ability to handle work-related stress and multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to meet deadlines • Computer keyboarding ability • Travel as required • Credit security clearance confirmed via a background credit check is required
