📋 Description

• Identify and manage all project development qualities during and after development • Resolving Software & Hardware issues and communicating with the customer to handle the issues. • Coach and mentor engineer's, one-stop-shop for OEM customers and internal people. • Manage OEM customer design request, develop APQP and manage 3rd party solution. • Develop a feature (if necessary, multiple functions). • Development planning as well as managing multiple feature development milestone • Support to resolve both business, manufacturing, and technical issues • Support cross-functional teams Validation, Manufacturing, procurement/Purchasing, Sales and Quality, customers • Communicate with HQ in S. Korea cross-functional teams not limited to program Release weekly development progress report and communicate with customer's engineers • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. • +5 years of experience in automotive electronics or wireless charging systems development. • Familiarity with Qi wireless charging standards, automotive EMC/EMI requirements, and CAN communication protocols. • Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in debugging hardware/software integration issues. • Ability to work independently at the customer’s site and manage multiple technical tasks. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams. • Experience with automotive testing tools such as Vector CANoe, oscilloscopes, and thermal analysis tools is a plus.
