📋 Description

• Manage and plan projects • Coordinate commercially and technically with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget • Develop customer-specific solutions beginning with requirements analysis • Monitor project performance, costs, schedules, and quality • Communicate and coordinate across internal departments, suppliers, and customers • Conduct presentations, meetings, and contract negotiations on-site with customers • Travel to customer meetings within the EMEA region

🎯 Requirements

• Higher technical degree (HTL, BSc, MSc) in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field • Proven knowledge and experience in project management • Basic knowledge of automation and electrical products • Advanced MS Office skills; basic SAP knowledge is an advantage • Fluent German and business-level English for negotiations • Willingness to travel internationally within the EMEA region (<20%) • Team player willing to share knowledge and develop professionally within a regional team
