📋 Description
• Solution Design & Implementation - Engage and consult with partners of the Sei Network to ensure stable, secure solutions. This includes offering best-practice recommendations, live solution design and discussions, and facilitating discovery conversations to better understand use cases • Technical Leadership – Lead complex integration projects, guide cross-functional teams end to end • Client Engagement – Act as the primary point of contact and build close relationships with our most high profile technical customers. Support them on any issues, inquiries, and escalations • Innovation – Stay ahead of digital asset trends, blockchain advancements, and evolving financial infrastructure • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams on new features, and assist in identifying and resolving technical issues • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sei Network partners to ensure their seamless integration and continuous support • Provide technical training and support to customers to ensure they are able to use our products and services effectively
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar technical role in the crypto or digital assets space • At least 1+ year of supporting EVM specific technical challenges - Ideally in a similar Layer 1 blockchain environment • Experience partnering with major financial institutions, custodians, or digital asset service providers • Deep knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology, including Web3, DeFi, and smart contracts • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills • Previous experience in designing high-availability architectures is a plus
