📋 Description

• Own technical development and administration within NetSuite, managing scripts, workflows, and configurations that support core finance operations • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business Analysts to design scalable, system-driven solutions that meet process needs • Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency across financial processes • Maintain technical design documentation, test plans, and process maps, ensuring compliance with internal change management and SOX controls • Partner with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives and provide technical guidance or code reviews to promote best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 4+ years of experience working in NetSuite with both administration and development responsibilities • NetSuite Development: Hands-on experience in NetSuite administration and development, including SuiteScript • Skilled in building and maintaining automations and workflows • Experience with NetSuite basic setups and configurations including custom records, fields, forms, PDF/HTML templates, and dashboards • Strong understanding of the NetSuite object model and data structures to design scalable and maintainable solutions • Strong SQL skills for querying and validating financial data; experience optimizing saved searches and analytics datasets • Basic understanding of two or more finance processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Revenue Management, and FP&A • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteCloud Developer Certification preferred • Basic understanding of automation tools like Workato • Experience with complementary systems such as ZIP and Avalara AvaTax is a plus
