📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of highly scalable, reliable, and secure systems. • Define and drive technical standards, best practices, and long-term architecture across multiple engineering teams. • Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical execution plans. • Mentor and coach engineers at all levels, fostering growth and technical excellence. • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance. • Proactively identify system bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Contribute hands-on with coding, prototyping, and delivering high-impact features. • Collaborate with the R&D leadership team to influence technology strategy and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a Staff/Principal-level or equivalent role. • Deep expertise in building distributed, cloud-based systems (AWS or similar). • Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, or similar frameworks). • Proven ability to lead large, cross-team technical initiatives from concept to delivery. • Excellent system design and architecture skills, with experience scaling high-performant platforms. • Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence without direct authority. • A passion for mentoring and enabling other engineers to succeed.
