• Actively recruit child care staff. • Manage and maintain the interview process and onboarding. • Fulfill talent management for Supply/On-Call Staff and Short to Long-Term Contract Staff. • Change messaging; maintain brand guidelines. • Create recruitment posts once per week on social media. • Track ROI weekly. • Monitor the e-Orientation site to meet targets for completing the course. • Update website with new job postings. • Work with Marketing to recruit using digital marketing strategies. • Interview candidates for Sentient Supply. • Track success of recruitment strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months of experience working in a recruiter role, preferably in education or childcare. • Post secondary education equivalent to diploma or degree in HR or related field. • Mass recruitment experience is an asset. • Ability to network in areas of need. • Ability to maintain awareness of industry related policies, procedures, and protocols in child care. • Positive Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required. • Competency using technology, both computers and mobile Apps. • Experience and ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands. • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under tight deadlines and pressure. • A dynamic individual with a natural drive to achieve goals.
