📋 Description

• Lead and manage the SAP ERP transformation initiative, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. • Provide strategic direction to align project execution with business objectives. • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology stakeholders, including finance and IT teams. • Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and communication frameworks. • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in SAP ERP implementations. • Proven ability to lead complex, high-priority transformation projects with strict timelines. • Solid understanding of both business and technical aspects of SAP ERP systems. • Strong risk management and stakeholder communication skills. • Experience working with PMO governance and cross-functional teams. • Advanced Oral English. • Native Spanish.
