📋 Description
• Design, develop, and implement web applications using Angular and Java technologies. • Lead the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment. • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Build and integrate APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems. • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices. • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience. • Mentor and guide junior developers in Angular, Java, and software engineering practices. • Ensure adherence to coding standards , security guidelines, and software development best practices. • Conduct unit testing and support integration testing activities. • Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams for seamless project delivery. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation , including technical specifications.
🎯 Requirements
• 7 to 11 years of experience in full-stack development with Java and Angular • Strong expertise in API development and integration • Proven experience with enterprise-level web applications • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments • Leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a Tech Lead role • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Languages: Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
