• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects , ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Oversee project budgets, resources, and risks , providing regular updates to senior leadership. • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and tools. • Facilitate communication and alignment across distributed teams in a remote environment. • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager , preferably in the financial services or technology industry. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders. • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams across different time zones. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus. • Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
