âą Build and convert the pipeline: You generate and qualify leads, manage your sales pipeline, and move deals from first contact to close. âą Understand customers: You proactively engage with eâcommerce clients, analyze their growth objectives, and develop tailored solutions. âą Craft proposals: You translate customer requirements into bespoke solution concepts and guide clients through the entire sales process. âą Monitor the market: You track competitors and trends, derive insights to inform your strategy, and share your knowledge with the team. âą Represent Seven Senders: You represent us at trade shows and client meetings with confidence and authenticity.
đŻ Requirements
âą You have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals and building customer relationships. âą KPIs such as conversion rate, pipeline value, and activity metrics are familiar to you, and you actively use them to steer your work. âą You communicate persuasively by phone, email, and in person. âą Customer orientation is your default mindset: you listen, identify real needs, and find commercially viable solutions. âą You speak German at C2 level (required) and English fluently; both languages are used in daily work. âą A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification is a plus but not required. What matters most are your results.
