📋 Description
• Serve as the primary operational and technical contact for customer inquiries • Triage and resolve lower-level technical issues • Document customer interactions and resolutions in Pylon • Provide workflow and best-practice guidance • Assist with ProServe projects and contribute to processes • Represent SewerAI at trade shows and events

• Experience in customer advocacy and support • Strong operational support skills • Technical knowledge in using platforms like PIONEER and AutoCode • Ability to document customer interactions and resolutions • Skills in onboarding and training initiatives • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
