• Act as an intermediary between clients and the laboratory to ensure excellent service • Prepare and submit response quotations for work • Assist in preparing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and more complex quotations • Work with clients and the technical laboratory to define the scope of proposed work • Collaborate with clients to ensure service delivery and follow up as needed • Monitor SGS activities relative to the scope of quotations • Maintain price lists • Provide sample information and coordinate required technical support
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline • 3–5 years of experience as a scientist in a laboratory environment or equivalent • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role – preferred
