📋 Description

• Own discovery → design → build → monitor for mission-critical automations across CRM, messaging, payments and analytics. • Implement production-grade flows: webhooks, retries, queues, structured logging, alerts and rollback plans. • Ensure data hygiene, PII/PHI protections, secrets management and permissioning. • Deliver monitoring dashboards, runbooks and versioned documentation for handover.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building complex automations in GoHighLevel + Zapier or n8n with API/webhook integrations. • Strong error handling, logging, retry/idempotency and monitoring skills. • Clear documentation skills and ability to present flows (screenshots + 2-minute Loom preferred). • Basic JavaScript/Python scripting for glue logic; experience with Stripe and LLM tool integrations (nice-to-have). • Experience in clinical or regulated data workflows (nice-to-have).

🏖️ Benefits

• Retainer: USD$1,000- $1500 per month depending on scope and SLAs. • Performance incentive: USD$500 per month for KPI over-performance. • Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via Wise or bank direct deposit. Monthly retainer invoicing. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance.
