• Prospect and manage leads across all verticals. • Use AI-powered outreach, pitch personalization, and scheduling. • Manage CRM pipeline and forecast progress. • Lead discovery, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. • Ensure seamless handover to onboarding and CX teams. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Automations & CX for alignment.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B or B2C sales with proven closing results. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting. • Proficiency with AI tools for outreach, personalization, and lead management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, global markets. • Ability to adapt across multiple industries (health, wellness, education, tech). • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and independence in remote work.
• Base Salary: USD $1,200 – $2,000 per month. • Performance Incentives: USD $1,500 – $3,500 per month commission. • On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $2,700 – $5,500 per month.
