📋 Description

• Create and optimize email templates in GHL to drive open rates and conversions. • Deliver consistent, high-quality design for web, social, ads, decks, and collateral. • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams. • Uphold brand guidelines and ensure compliance. • Introduce and leverage AI tools for faster delivery and greater creativity. • Collaborate on funnels and landing pages (wireframes → high-fidelity → launch), ensuring mobile-first, fast, and accessible experiences. • Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, layouts, and CTAs; translate results into design iterations. • Contribute to and maintain a modular design system (components, templates, tokens) for speed and brand consistency. • Package deliverables with clear specs/hand-off notes; ensure smooth implementation with Marketing Ops/Developers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in digital and brand design, with a portfolio spanning email, social media, web, ads, and presentation design. • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator; motion/video skills in After Effects or Premiere are a plus). • Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) email template design and CRM-integrated marketing campaigns. • Strong knowledge of web and conversion tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer, or basic HTML/CSS) and experience with A/B testing and analytics (GA4 or similar). • Ability to apply AI tools to accelerate workflows, enhance creativity, and improve design quality.

🏖️ Benefits

• Base Salary: USD $1,200 – $1,800 / month • Performance Incentives: USD $300 – $600 / month tied to KPIs
