📋 Description

• Own platform architecture: multi-tenant, white-label, observability, IaC, SLOs and platform reliability. • Turn LLM/agent capabilities into shipped features: RAG, agents, evals, caching and safety/guardrails. • Design secure data pipelines (wearables → insights), privacy-by-design, and audit readiness. • Mentor and uplevel engineering teams; produce ADRs, diagrams and production hardening guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building cloud products with 3+ years as Tech Lead/Architect and LLMs/agents in production. • Strong system design, APIs, MLOps/CI-CD, security and observability experience. • Demonstrable architecture artifacts (diagrams, ADRs) and experience hardening LLM features for production. • Experience in healthtech, regulated data, voice agents or vector DB architectures. • Experience with digital twin concepts or clinical AI workflows.

🏖️ Benefits

• Retainer: USD $1500 - $2,500 per month (adjustable by seniority and scope). • Performance Incentive: Annual bonus for consistent KPI over-performance • Independent Contractor status only. • Payment in USD via Wise or bank direct deposit. • Monthly retainer invoicing.
