• Keep client sites online all the time • Make client websites run FAST at the application and infra level • Provide time zone support to critical issues • Help inform our Product direction • Understand customer requirements and project KPIs • Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure • Review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project • Manage stakeholders and external interfaces • Troubleshoot and fix code bugs • Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible • Identify and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management • Provide a high level of service by continually building your current skill set with a hunger for new knowledge and increasing understanding of the Dataweavers product • Undertake other duties as directed and required to meet operational needs.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced DevOps and Agile environment, with hands-on experience using modern DevOps tooling. • Deep experience managing the infrastructure, build pipelines, and performance for complex .NET Framework and .NET Core applications. • Direct experience with Sitecore infrastructure or a similar .NET-based Digital Experience Platform (DXP). • Deep, hands-on experience architecting and configuring Azure services (RBAC, Web Apps, Function Apps, SQL PaaS, Front Door, V-Nets). • Pro at Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform. • Write expert-level PowerShell scripts, particularly with Az modules. • Mastered Azure DevOps (ADO), and can confidently author, configure, and manage complex build and release pipelines. • Operate with a 'security-first' mindset, with hands-on skills in Azure Key Vault and Azure Active Directory. • Proficient with Git and understand enterprise branching strategies. • Experience managing Cloudflare for DNS, security, and caching. • Familiar with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Grafana. • Working knowledge of code quality and security scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fortify). • Hold a Microsoft AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert) certification is a plus. • Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) cluster and application management is a plus. • Working understanding of running Node.js applications and writing TypeScript is a plus. • Used to working with collaboration tools like Zendesk, Confluence, and Lucid.
