📋 Description

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and organizational priorities. • Collaborate with logistics, order management, planning, commercial, and technology teams to improve processes and support Retail and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. • Assist in initiatives that enhance consumer experience across eCommerce platforms and fulfillment networks. • Build strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. • Support identification of risks and assist in implementing mitigation plans; help guide teams through process changes. • Track project KPIs, prepare status updates, and provide insights to senior team members for decision-making. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices in project management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or operations within supply chain, retail, or eCommerce environments. • Familiarity with global supply chain processes and DTC logistics preferred. • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project). • Knowledge of ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Shopify) is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
