• Stotler Hayes Group seeks energetic, independent, creative, and collaborative full-time attorneys throughout the nation. • Each of our attorneys work remotely from co-working spaces or home offices throughout the country. • Supported by paralegals and operations staff located in the firm’s brick and mortar office in South Carolina. • Our firm is progressive, fast-paced and powerful. • All new attorneys are provided with a comprehensive training program, which is currently conducted virtually. • SHG believes in the value of in-person time with our team.

• Prior experience in one or more of these areas is preferred • Passion, drive, personality, and purpose are most important • Tenacity, determination, and perseverance are essential skills for the day-to-day job • writing sample • Does have Medicaid experience? • Does have Administrative law experience? • Does have Litigation experience? • Does have Probate/Estate experience? • Does have Guardianship/Conservatorship Experience? • Does have experience billing time using a billable hour model (e.g. .1 billed per 6 minutes)? • Does have experience with Alternative Fee Arrangements? (e.g. flat fee, block billing, collars, holdback bonus, contingency, etc.) • Have you ever worked from home on a regular basis?
