📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end implementation of specialty pharmacy and healthcare programs • Own project plans, timelines, risks, and execution (PMO leadership) • Drive cross-functional workstreams (clinical, IT/EMR, AI, 340B, payer) • Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives and adoption • Build scalable processes, playbooks, and continuous improvements
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years in healthcare management consulting, or implementation roles • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously • Experience or exposure to healthcare systems, pharmacy, or clinical ops • Interest in AI/automation in healthcare operations • Preferred: Consulting background (Big 4 or boutique), specialty pharmacy or EMR experience, PMP/MBA
