📋 Description

• Lead development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals and RFI responses for federal opportunities • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including kickoff, Q&A submission, data calls, RFP analyses, stand-up meetings, and color reviews • Ensure RFP compliance and timely proposal submission • Communicate proposal milestones and updates across internal teams and external partners • Develop and conduct structured proposal kickoff meetings • Conduct proposal color reviews and obtain actionable feedback • Apply desktop publishing, production, and graphics skills to produce high-quality proposal deliverables • Drive and participate in proposal solution workshops to identify gaps and risks • Build, populate, and tailor reusable content and artifacts within proposal outlines and templates • Develop and maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, graphics, artifacts, and templates • Lead post-submission lessons learned and support process improvements and AI-enabled proposal operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and developing complex multi-volume proposals using formal proposal development processes • Experience developing and applying proposal management artifacts, including schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, kickoffs, storyboards, mockups, and color review briefings • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong analytical skills for overseeing proposal structures, RFP sections, and appendices • Experience integrating AI-enabled tools into proposal management workflows while maintaining quality and compliance • Strong leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration • Strong understanding of federal contracting, business development, capture, and proposal processes • Bachelor’s degree or additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree • 6+ years of managing multi-volume proposals resulting in federal contract awards • Advanced desktop publishing skills • Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes • Must currently be a U.S. citizen • Eligible to obtain and maintain a federal-government-issued security clearance if required • APMP Foundation Certification and/or knowledge of Shipley Proposal methodology preferred • Proposal-related desktop publishing and/or graphic development experience beneficial • Proposal writing and editing experience is a plus
