• Manage lifecycle of 130+ laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals with projected doubling over 12-18 months • Optimize and administer ManageEngine MDM suite for device provisioning, monitoring, and security • Establish and enforce device security policies, configuration standards, and access controls • Administer and monitor cloud resources across GCP and AWS environments • Manage user access, IAM policies, and resource provisioning • Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification initiatives with required controls and documentation • Provide technical support for remote employees across multiple time zones.
• 3-5 years of IT administration experience in fast-growing technology companies • Strong hands-on expertise with ManageEngine MDM (Desktop Central, Mobile Device Manager Plus, or similar) • Working knowledge of GCP and AWS cloud platforms • Experience with endpoint security, patch management, and compliance frameworks • Understanding of ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 requirements • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in supporting distributed teams.
