• Support/coach/advise the Client’s Project IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle • Responsible for Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation as well as application support and issue resolution • Interacts with Operational and IT personnel in identifying, evaluating and configuring systems to meet user and organizational requirements • Develop system design, including functional specifications and strategies, based upon the analysis of specific operational needs • Perform unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomes
