📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end business and system analysis, considering the product from end to end; • Monitor system performance through analysis and validations; • Gather and understand needs and requirements in an agile format (user stories or similar); • Act as a facilitator of the system development process, leading downstream activities; • Lead backlog refinement; • Know and apply roadmap development and prioritization techniques; • Have experience with agile software development methods; • Document and ensure the team's Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD); • Manage change with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst; • Knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases; • Knowledge of application integrations using web services; • Knowledge of software engineering, development best practices, story splitting/writing, and technical refinement; • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies; • Knowledge of roadmap development and prioritization techniques in collaboration with the business area; • Knowledge of functional testing; • Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques; • Knowledge of technical documentation focused on systems modeling; • Profile: • Proactive and responsible for your own development and career growth in technology; • Dynamic in collaborating with colleagues from other areas to get things done; • Strategic with a systemic view to identify opportunities;
