• Take a wireframe + copy and turn it into a beautiful, high-converting landing page • Use your UX/UI sense and knowledge of what converts to build designs that make the customer's decision easier, not just lay out the copy as-is • Think for yourself. If a brief says "customer isn't sure this product works for their injury," you should know how to address that visually without being told exactly what to put where • Work in two steps: first build a mockup (using tools like Figma or Claude Design) and get it approved, then build it live in our landing page builder (Replo)
• 7+ years of Digital Design experience • 5+ years designing for ecommerce/DTC brands • Good eye for turning copy + wireframe into a design that converts • Understands customer psychology — design to eliminate doubts and hesitations • Attention to detail • Can build in Replo (or similar) and troubleshoot your own technical problems • CRO knowledge • Can think for yourself — e.g. take raw customer feedback from a survey and update the landing page to address doubts/hesitations, without being told exactly what to change
