âą 3â5 years of experience managing social media, online communities, influencer programs, or community-led growth initiatives âą Demonstrated experience with Reddit community management and a strong understanding of subreddit culture, moderation, and engagement best practices âą Experience developing and executing organic social media strategies for brands or clients âą Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across communities and audiences âą Strong understanding of community engagement metrics and social performance reporting âą Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously âą Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fully remote environment âą Experience working within Google Workspace and project management systems âą Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and contribute to building new service offerings
