• 5-8 years of leadership experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record in commercial roles. • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required. • Deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics and capital sales processes. • Proven ability in strategic thinking and implementation. • Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust from executive stakeholders. • Excellent process orientation, organizational skills, and time management. • Demonstrated success in previous leadership positions with high performance. • In-depth knowledge of the IDN market, healthcare consolidation, and the strategic value of SHS. • Willingness to travel 50%-80%
