• Lead end-to-end delivery across Benefits, Compensation Administration, Leave & Absence, and Mobility • Drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics • Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely execution across all processes • Own SOPs, internal controls, and audit readiness • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations, tax rules, and company policies • Partner with Audit, Legal, and Finance on SOX controls and reviews • Proactively identify and mitigate operational risk • Lead and develop a multi-functional operations team • Provide guidance on complex cases and escalations • Drive accountability, ownership, and performance standards • Partner with HRIS/IT on Workday, Dayforce, and system enhancements • Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency • Manage operational calendars and workflows • Oversee reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy • Partner with Payroll and Finance on accruals, costing, and financial integrity
• 10+ years in HR/Total Rewards operations • 5+ years leadership experience • Experience across multiple Total Rewards functions (not siloed) • Strong background in controls, compliance, and audit (SOX preferred) • Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday, Dayforce, or similar) • Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulatory environments
