📋 Description
• Provide consultation and support to clients during the implementation of the Ellucian Banner software suite and related applications. • Troubleshoot and devise creative solutions to client requests regarding the Banner suite. • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions based on client priorities.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience within the Higher Education sector • Expertise in Banner technologies and strong proficiency in PL/SQL • Experience in Ellucian Banner ERP/SIS implementation, including but not limited to functional analysts, integration specialists, and configuration experts • Experience with the following: Jira ticketing, Oracle Database, AppWorx, ODS/ODI, Tomcat (optional), Ethos, Touchnet • Experience coding in at least one language: Java, JavaScript, Groovy/Grails • Familiarity with database and IDE tools such as SQL Developer, Toad, Eclipse, or IntelliJ • Experience with web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful Web Services • Proficiency in version control software like Git • Ability to self-manage, handle multiple projects, and problem-solve efficiently • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and travel as required.
