• Establish project milestones and analyze costs • Provide project financial oversight; including but not limited to, forecasting revenue, monthly invoicing, cash flow, and budget vs. cost reviews (WIP reviews) • Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget • Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals, and related project activities regularly with customers and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction • Identify potential project risks and develop/implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines • Act as “our customer’s best service provider” by providing timely updates on projects, quickly addressing concerns, customer calls, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance • Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified
• HS/GED and / or College degree, trade school or equivalent experience (preferred) • 1+ years call center, dispatch or administrative experience • Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills • Basic financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc. • Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously • Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment • Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring the highest level of service. • United States Citizenship • Active Driver’s License • The job may require lifting objects weighing between 25 - 50 pounds • Security Clearances: This position requires a Secret security clearance
