📋 Description
• Provide visionary, spiritual, and strategic leadership to SIL US • Advance the organization’s mission through fundraising, church engagement, and public advocacy • Ensure alignment with the global SIL vision • Champion a values-based culture that catalyzes organizational growth • Supervise executive team members • Ensure SIL US is recognized as a trusted voice in related fields such as language-related education and anti-trafficking efforts • Implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that includes major gifts and institutional grants
