📋 Description

• Design and implement software testing • Manually execute scheduled tests on time • Participate in reviews for newly developed test cases • Report issues in issue-tracking systems • Report status at team standups • Perform manual ad-hoc testing • Collaborate with the Software Test Manager to review and deliver high-quality software testing • Contribute as an integral member of the team with ownership, follow-through, initiative, awareness, and effective communication • Collaborate with the team on a cohesive roadmap • Participate in regular project status, planning, partnership, and strategic meetings • Participate in professional meetings • Complete the initial IT Software Department training program and relevant IT Orientation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent software testing work experience is preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of QA processes and testing levels, types, and methods, including unit, functional, negative, integration, performance, reliability, stress, user scenario, and visual testing • Demonstrated knowledge of Black, Grey, and White box testing • Strong written and verbal skills • Good interpersonal communication skills • Good organizational skills • Ability to make timely decisions • Ability to generate multiple solutions to problems • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts • Ability to work both with a team and independently • Ability to multitask effectively • Servant heart attitude • Availability to travel to software development team meetings as needed • Availability to travel biannually to the Language Technology Conference
