• Serve as a Mid-level Accounting Analyst • Preparations, reconciliations and trial balance analysis • Equity method accounting; reconciliations • Significant variances, resolution of inconsistencies, indicators/KPIs, horizontal and vertical analyses • Preparation/analysis of BP (Balance Sheet), DRE (Income Statement), DFC (Cash Flow Statement), DMPL (Statement of Changes in Equity), DLPA (Statement of Retained Earnings) and Explanatory Notes • Verification of profit/loss • Validation of additions/exclusions, other income and withholdings • Calculation of IRPJ (Corporate Income Tax) and CSLL (Social Contribution on Net Profit) • Generation, import, validation and transmission of ECD/ECF/REINF/DEFIS/MIT filings • Preparation and submission of statements/reports • Monthly/quarterly meetings and onboarding of new clients • Comparative tax studies • Development of customized client service models

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with preparations, reconciliations and trial balance analysis • Experience with equity method accounting; reconciliations • Experience analyzing significant variances, resolving inconsistencies, KPIs, and performing horizontal and vertical analyses • Experience preparing/analyzing BP (Balance Sheet), DRE (Income Statement), DFC (Cash Flow Statement), DMPL (Statement of Changes in Equity), DLPA (Statement of Retained Earnings) and Explanatory Notes • Experience verifying profit/loss • Experience validating additions/exclusions, other income and withholdings • Experience calculating IRPJ (Corporate Income Tax) and CSLL (Social Contribution on Net Profit) • Experience generating, importing, validating and transmitting ECD/ECF/REINF/DEFIS/MIT filings • Ability to prepare and submit statements/reports • Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings and onboard new clients • Perform comparative tax studies • Create customized client service models
